This week I was pleased to visit with the students in the Pathways program at Pinecrest-Queensway Community Health Centre. Pathways to Education provides individualized support for students throughout their education from high school to university. Up to 100 students access the program every day for tutoring, help with post-secondary and career plans, financial assistance and social support to help achieve their dreams. Councillor Rawlson King and I were there to encourage the students to take every opportunity they can to get involved in their community and to consider the important role they can play as the future leaders of our city.
