I’ve been informed that by RIOCAN that Wendy’s is applying for their building permit early in the new year and plan to start construction in the Spring (April) of 2021. They did not confirm an exact reopening date (that is up to Wendy’s), but it typically takes about 6 months to construct a building of that size, so RIOCAN anticipates that they would be open next October.
