RioCan has confirmed that the demolition is currently taking place in the remaining section of the mall from the interior. The exterior demolition will be starting in the coming weeks and is scheduled to be completed by March 31, 2022.
In the spring, landscaping will begin and be completed over the summer. RIOCAN will be working with City, residents and other stakeholders on the Lincoln Fields Station Secondary Plan. As of date of this post, there are no other developement submissions for the Lincoln Fields Mall site.
