Ottawa – The following projects will impact Ottawa traffic:
- Carling Avenue will have intermittent lane reductions between Merivale Road and Melrose Avenue starting Monday, September 13 until November 2021 for road resurfacing and concrete repairs. Cyclist and pedestrian access will be maintained.
- Edgeworth Avenue between Lawn Avenue to Richmond Road will be closed until October 15. Local access will be maintained.
- Navan Road will have daily lane reductions with flagging during non-peak hours between Diamond Way and Trim Road starting Monday, September 13 until early November 2021 for road resurfacing. Signed detours for vehicles will be in place, as required. Cyclist and pedestrian access will be maintained.
- Galetta Side Road will have intermittent lane reductions with flagging between Old Highway 17 to Ferry Road starting Wednesday, September 15 until Friday, September 17 for crack sealing. Cyclist and pedestrian access will be maintained.
- Thomas A Dolan Parkway will have intermittent lane reductions with flagging between John Shaw Road and Carp Road starting Monday, September 13 until Tuesday September 14 for crack sealing. Cyclist and pedestrian access will be maintained.
- The following Highway 174 ramps and lanes will be closed for Stage 2 LRT roadwork:
- The westbound on-ramps from northbound and southbound Tenth Line Road will be closed nightly between 9 pm and 5:30 am on Sunday, September 12 and Monday, September 13.
- The westbound on-ramps from northbound and southbound Montreal Road will be closed nightly between 9 pm and 5:30 am from Sunday, September 12 until Tuesday, September 14.
- The westbound off-ramp to Tenth Line Road will be closed nightly between 9 pm and 5:30 am from Monday, September 13 until Monday, September 20.
- The westbound on-ramp from northbound Tenth Line Road will be closed nightly between 9 pm and 5:30 am from Monday, September 13 until Monday, September 20.
- The westbound on-ramps from northbound and southbound Montreal Road will be closed from 7 pm on Friday, September 17 to 5:30 am on Sunday, September 19.
- The westbound off-ramp to Blair Road will be closed from 7 pm on Friday, September 17 to 5:30 am on Sunday, September 19.
- Montreal Road will be closed nightly under the Highway 174 interchange between 10 pm and 5:30 am from Monday, September 13 until Wednesday, September 15 for Stage 2 LRT roadwork.
- Adirondack Drive will close between Woodroffe Avenue and Domalatchy Place daily from 7 am to 5 pm, from Thursday, September 9 until Friday, October 15.
- The following Highway 417 ramps will be closed for Stage 2 LRT roadwork:
- The westbound on-ramp from southbound Pinecrest Road will remain closed until 6 am on Monday, September 20.
- The westbound off-ramp to Moodie Drive will close nightly between 11 pm and 5 am on Tuesday, September 14 and Wednesday, September 15.
This upcoming special event will also cause traffic impacts:
- The Richmond Fair will take place at the Richmond Fairgrounds at 6121 Perth Street, from Thursday, September 16 to Sunday, September 19, inclusive.
