| The Highway 417 eastbound exit ramp at Bronson Avenue and westbound access ramp at Lyon Street are scheduled to close starting on August 23, 2021. These closures are required to replace retaining walls, noise barrier walls and repair existing infrastructure along the highway. The Highway 417 eastbound exit ramp at Bronson Avenue closes at 10 pm on Monday, August 23. Work is expected to continue until June 5, 2022. The Highway 417 westbound access ramp at Lyon Street closes at 10 pm on Monday, August 23. Work is expected to continue until November 21, 2025. The following detours will be in effect during the closures: Detours for the eastbound exit ramp at Bronson Avenue – To exit before reaching the closed ramp, take the Carling/Kirkwood Avenue exit ramp – Continue eastbound on Carling Avenue to Bronson Avenue Or To exit after passing the closed ramp, take the Kent Street exit ramp Turn left at Catherine Street and continue to Bronson Avenue – Detour for the westbound access ramp at Lyon Street Continue westbound on Catherine Street Access Highway 417 westbound at Bronson Avenue Or – To exit after passing the closed ramp, take the Kent Street exit ramp – Turn left at Catherine Street and continue to Bronson Avenue Detour for the westbound access ramp at Lyon Street – Continue westbound on Catherine Street – Access Highway 417 westbound at Bronson Avenue |
