Mature Neighbourhoods Overlay and Alternative Provisions in Residential Development Areas
The City is proposing a new zoning strategy that would create new regulations for front and corner side yards that puts soft landscaping first, before driveways, parking, walkways and ground-level projections such as landings, stairs and porches. Residents can provide their comments on the new strategy until June 17, 2019.
