After investigating the street light outage, it has been determined that this outage has been caused by an underground cable failure. In our effort to restore power to the light, we will be installing a temporary wood pole and temporary overhead cable as depicted in the attached drawing. Our options are limited with regards to the location of the wood pole, and it has been determined this pole location is the best suitable location.
