Next week KEV will be paving a new section of MUP in the Connaught Park area near Connaught Avenue and Henley Street. The green line in the diagram below shows roughly where the new pathway will be located. This will be the permanent configuration of the MUP in the area. Paving will take place between Monday to Friday next week (date is weather dependent and is TBC).
Once the new MUP is complete, the section of MUP to the south will be closed marked in red and redirect pedestrian and cyclists along the new alignment. There should be no impact to pedestrians and cyclists during the paving and they will continue to have uninterrupted access to the MUP.
