As part of the Stage 2 O-Train Light Rail Transit (LRT) project, Kichi Zìbì Mìkan eastbound will be
closed overnight from Carling Avenue to Island Park Drive.
What: Kichi Zìbì Mìkan eastbound will be closed overnight.
When: Sunday, December 17 at 11:30 p.m. until 6:00 a.m. on Monday, December 18.
Why: Installation of temporary concrete barriers (TCBs).
Where: Kichi Zìbì Mìkan eastbound between Carling Avenue and Island Park Drive.
Anticipated Impacts
Site lighting for overnight work may be required and crews will place and/or direct the light to mitigate
impact on residents.
Motorists should adhere to detours, traffic control signage, posted speed limits, allow for added travel
time and use extra caution when moving through active construction corridors as traffic patterns change.
Pedestrians and cyclists should use extra caution and adhere to posted signage when localized
detours are in-place, to ensure safety.
The safety of the public and workers is paramount, and we thank you for your patience during
construction.
