KEV has advised that between 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. there will be concrete pours starting Monday and Wednesday of next week (June 26 and 28). This concrete pour is for the invert slab (i.e. base level of the tunnel’s concrete box) between old Lockhart Connector and new Lockhart Connector and they anticipate a concrete truck expected every 6/8 minutes.
Flaggers will be facilitating the concrete truck deliveries as well as general traffic, please note that the section between old Lockhart Connector and new Lockhart Connector is closed to general traffic. The Stage 2 Office has connected with school bus authorities (OSTA) to advise of the days, work and impact.
