Weekend Road Closure #1: Southbound Woodroffe Avenue at Byron Avenue
As part of the Stage 2 O-Train Light Rail Transit (LRT) project, southbound Woodroffe Avenue at Byron Avenue will be fully closed to motor vehicle traffic while crews complete pothole repairs. Detours will be in effect. Local access will be maintained and all residents and businesses in the area will continue to have driveway access during this work.
Motorists are advised that the work on Woodroffe Avenue will be completed at the same time as road closures on westbound Richmond Road and eastbound Byron Avenue between Ancaster Avenue and New Orchard Avenue. Refer to the public notice posted to octranspo.com/o-trainx for details on detour routes.
- What: Full closure of southbound Woodroffe Avenue at Bryon Avenue.
- When: Saturday, March 22 from 9:30 a.m. until 3 p.m.
- Why: Pothole repairs.
- Where: Woodroffe Avenue at Byron Avenue.

Weekend Road Closure #2: Richmond Road and Byron Avenue between New Orchard Avenue and Ancaster Avenue
As part of the Stage 2 O-Train Light Rail Transit (LRT) project, westbound Richmond Road and eastbound Byron Avenue between New Orchard Avenue and Ancaster Avenue will be fully closed to motor vehicle traffic while crews complete pothole repairs. Richmond Road and Byron Avenue will not be closed at the same time and one street will remain open while crews complete work on the other street. Detours will be in effect. Local access will be maintained and all residents in the area will continue to have driveway access during this work.

Overnight Ramp Closure: Highway 417 at Pinecrest Road
As part of the Stage 2 O-Train Light Rail Transit (LRT) project, motorists travelling westbound on Highway 417 at Pinecrest Road should anticipate impacts to traffic as crews complete necessary construction activities.
- What: Overnight closure of the Highway 417 westbound off-ramp at Pinecrest Road.
- When: Sunday, March 23 at 11 p.m. until 5 a.m. on Monday, March 24.
- Why: Snow wall construction.
- Where: Highway 417 at Pinecrest Road.

Overnight Ramp Closures: Highway 417 at Greenbank Road March 24, 25, 26 and 27
As part of the Stage 2 O-Train Light Rail Transit (LRT) project, motorists wishing to access westbound Highway 417 from Greenbank Road should anticipate impacts to traffic as crews complete necessary construction activities.
- What: Overnight closure of Highway 417 westbound on-ramps from Greenbank Road.
- When:
- Highway 417 westbound on-ramp from northbound Greenbank Road: Monday, March24 and Tuesday, March 25 nightly from 11 p.m. until 5 a.m.
- Highway 417 westbound on-ramp from southbound Greenbank Road: Wednesday, March 26 and Thursday, March 27 nightly from 11 p.m. until 5 a.m.
- Why: Snow wall construction.
- Where: Highway 417 at Greenbank Road.

Long-Term Closure – Eastbound Corkstown Road – February 12 to April 25
The long-term closure for Corkstown Road east of Moodie Drive has been extended until April 25. This is required to complete work associated with the watermain project taking place on Corkstown.

Anticipated Impacts
Motorists should adhere to detours, traffic control signage, posted speed limits, allow for added travel time and use extra caution when moving through active construction corridors as traffic patterns change.
Pedestrians and cyclists should use extra caution and adhere to posted signage when localized detours are in-place, to ensure safety.
