Councillor Kavanagh has been notified of a Site Plan Application for 1983 Carling Ave. We are working on setting up a public information session fwith the developer.
Applicant’s Proposal
A Site Plan Control application to construct a five storey residential building with 27 units. A roof top terrace is proposed on the top of the fifth storey. Access will continue to be obtained from Bromley Road.
