Event Details
The public forum will take place at Jean Pigott Place in Ottawa City Hall on Monday, September 30th, 2019.
Registration and a light pre-event networking dinner will begin at 5:00 p.m., with the main event to follow from 6:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. The event will include welcoming remarks from Mayor Watson and Councillor Kavanagh, followed by a keynote presentation from Mercy Lawluvi, Executive Director of Immigrant Women Services Ottawa.
Facilitated breakout sessions begin at 7:15 pm, where you will be asked for your ideas on priorities and actions for the Women and Gender Equity Strategy.
