On Wednesday August 10, 2022 starting at 7pm my office will be hosting a public meeting via Zoom with the developer and City Planning staff to review and discuss the request to the City for a Zoning By-law amendment application, related to 2475 Regina Street, to permit a six storey residential building above a reconstructed Parkway House and residential towers containing 19 and 25 storeys. A total of 510 residential units are proposed with 261 parking spaces.
