Project Description:
Since 2013, the Planning, Infrastructure and Economic Development Department (PIED) has received funding on an annual basis to help supplement accessible and “age-friendly” City of Ottawa benches. The objective of the Bench Program is to provide senior residents (age 50+) specialized rest areas in strategic locations throughout the City of Ottawa.
Trees on Carling:
Councillor Kavanagh has made a tree planting request for the Carling location. It is now on the 2020 tree planting program.
