Quick Tips: How to use free AI tools in your Daily Life
Monday April 7, 6:00-8:00pm, online registration required (limited seats)
- Articial intelligence (AI) tools have exploded in the last few years. They can supercharge your web searches and help you find the most relevant information. They can generate images, a personalized song, summarize long text, describe video content, and more. Chris Taylor from the Ottawa PC Users’ Group will show you how easily it can be done and how to detect dreaded “AI hallucinations”. And you can do it all for free!

Homework Help
Wednesdays / mercredis, 5:30-7:00pm, March 26 to June 11
- Come join our homework club, led by United for Literacy, and get help with reading, math, science, French, English, etc. Welcoming students ages 6-12. Drop in and learn.

Sensory Storytime
Saturday April 19, 2:00-3:30pm
- Join us for a program featuring dimmed lighting, sensory toys, a smaller participant group, and adaptede circle time with stories, rhymes and songs.
- During this program, there will be opportunities for open play and a chance to connect with other families. The circle time portion of this program is offered in the last 20 minutes of the session. A family member must be present for the duration of the program.
- This program provides a welcoming environment and respects the needs of children from 18 months to 6 years who live with developmental disabilities and/or autism, or who show signs of a developmental delay.
Techno Buddies
Saturdays, by appointment
- Get a Techno Buddy! When technology and social media are overwhelming, our teen volunteers can help share their knowledge with you in a two-on-one setting for one hour, focusing on one topic.
- Topics include Facebook, Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), and Pinterest.
- You must bring your device (cell phone, tablet, or laptop) and it must be fully charged.
- Limit of one session and one waitlist slot per quarter.
Dungeons and Dragons for Teens: Trouble in Dragonsbourne Part 6
Saturdays, 1:30-4:30pm, March 29 to May 10, please join the waitlist
- Join a bad of adventurers as they set out from the seaside town of Dragonsbourne in part six of a continuing adventure. This game is intended for teens who have played before, but beginners are also welcome. Please bring a 3rd level character and dice. Pre-made characters and dice will be provided for those who do not have their own.
- This game is intended for ages 13-17.
