We are excited to announce that with appropriate mitigation policies and procedures in place, we can once again share the magic of the Ottawa River. Our goal is to provide guests with a safe, educational and fun experience that will give them lasting memories. As guides, we want all guests to feel safe and looked after while enjoying their trip. The health and safety of our guests and staff is paramount.
We are closely monitoring government policy changes and mandates from municipal, provincial and federal governments agencies and health departments. We will continue to make changes, as necessary or appropriate, and will remain in constant communication with the City of Ottawa and its Health Officials to ensure our protocols and procedures are current, safe and effective.
