City Council received a memo from the General Manger of Transit Services this week.
The purpose of this memo is to provide the Mayor and Members of Council with information on October 2022 ridership on conventional bus and O-Train services and on Para Transpo services. Staff continuously monitor and report on ridership levels and on ridership recovery trends and will continue to update members of Council. The memo also includes an update on OC Transpo’s operator recruitment campaign and the recent launch of a new text messaging service for Para Transpo customers.
