A noise exemption has been granted to Aecon on behalf of MTO for construction noise associated with the installation of a structure mounted noise wall on the HWY 417 Richmond Road Westbound on-ramp.
Source of Noise: Construction noise associated with construction equipment (i.e. excavators, boom truck and hammer drills).
