KEV requires the use of a pump and generator for dewatering activities in the open excavation. The only activity that will occur over night with this request is the dewatering activities and on the image above you will see at the identified white dots where the pump and generator could be located during these works.
The noise exemption is scheduled from April 9 to April 24, which is slightly longer than the work is expected to last but they are building in a buffer in case of weather or other unknown factors.
