A noise exemption (extension) has been granted to Forgis Construction Group for noise associated with a generator and a pump to decontaminate the previous site of the Sears store at 2121 Carling Avenue.

Rationale for exemption: BLRS has not received any complaints by area residents for the previous exemptions (from March 18th to today, May 22nd, 2020). Forgis Construction Group have submitted a total of 5 new applications (June – August – Noise By-law states that we can only provide a maximum of 11 days for a non-city project).
