A new outdoor ice rink in Britannia Park near the corner of Ahearn and Farrow can be ready for operation this winter, but it needs volunteers. Please email association@belltown.ca if you think you can help in any way or if you want updates on the seasonal rink.
The plans show a 60′ x 120′ illuminated rink with boards located off Farrow & Ahearn, between Dr. FJ McDonald, the wadding pool and the baseball and soccer fields. An outdoor storage bunker is included, but no shelter for putting on skates or gear.
