Repair of the culvert under the NCC bike path between Britannia Park and Carling Avenue:
The funding provided to the NCC in the 2018 Federal Budget will allow the Commission to repair the most critical components of the Britannia retaining wall and pathway that were damaged during the flood. The implementation is expected to be carried out in 2019.
The Commission is currently working with the city of Ottawa to coordinate the plans and timelines of this important project. NCC Public Affairs will provide community associations more details on the timeline regarding the work by early summer 2019.
