Housing affordability continues to be an increasing concern for both renters and owners in Ottawa. The pandemic has only added to the financial and emotional stress of people who are already struggling.
This week we will see the first draft of our new Official Plan, which is ambitious in its intention to make our city a better place for all our citizens to live. I believe that Bay Ward can play an important role in addressing this critical issue, and I look forward to working together to make a difference.
