Happy Valentine’s Day
I hope everyone has someone to love in their life regardless of who they are. Love is not just for traditional couples. It is more than chocolates and flowers, although those are nice gestures which bring smiles.
Love is about respect for everyone in our lives. It’s family, it’s friends, it’s the people who surround us. Some of us are fortunate enough to have someone in our life to be close to, but true love is reaching out and being kind to all. It is not always easy, but it is the best option for a truly happy life. There are many in our city who suffer from loneliness, many are seniors. I hope we can all reach out, be kind and think of others on this day of love.
I also hope you have a happy Family Day on Monday and enjoy our great city and its many attractions with the people you love.
