On Wednesday December 11th, the City Planning team held an open house at Ron Kolbus Lakeside Centre to introduce residents to the Lincoln Fields Secondary Plan project. I was happy to see so many local residents participate. More consultations will follow as part of Phase 2. The next meeting will be held in the new year and RIOCAN, the developer, will also be available to offer their input and answer questions.
The purpose of the project is to help guide the future development of the Lincoln Fields area. This area is crucial to the future of Bay Ward. We need everyone’s help to make this project successful.
The project timeline is as follow. We are moving to Phase 2. Link to the Public Engagement Site is Ottawa.ca
