This coming Monday many students will be heading back to school in the Francophone school board system while the English School Boards will welcome students back after Labour Day. After a lengthy period of time doing virtual learning I expect that many students will be looking forward to being back in a classroom and seeing their teachers and friends in person.
With all this excitement we just want to remind everyone to be safe in school and on your way to school. I have included in this newsletter the Ottawa Public Health protocol regarding school safety measures and also information on Road SMARTS. We need to remind everyone to drive safely especially in school zones.
