On Thursday, January 23, 2020, the Director of Rail Construction Program released the memo related to the Stage 2 Project procurement evaluations and three related appendices. I have included them here for your reference.
Unfortunately, this information was kept from Council when we voted in favour of the contract. Although I am in favour of the project as a whole, I believe in transparency and the need to inform Councillors so that they can make informed decisions on behalf of the residents we represent.
