As recently as this week, KEV has stated that construction will continue with precautions:

• Physical distancing will be practiced at all sites
• If physical distancing is not possible due to small work spaces, they will not open that site
• KEV is navigating supply chain issues i.e. asphalt plants
• KEV will follow provincial regulations as they are announced
