RIOCAN’s application to the Committee of Adjustment was approved and now that the appeal period has passed Riocan staff are preparing the report for Planning Committee and they hope to be on the agenda November 14th or 28th.
If they receive approval from Committee work will commence immediately. In the meantime, since they have approval, they may start preliminary interior demolition in early November.
