On Thursday evening my office co-hosted a joint ward draft budget information and consultation meeting with Councillors Laine Johnson and Sean Devine. The meeting was held both in person and online with over 100 residents participating.
Thank you to our City’s Chief Financial Officer and City Treasurer Cyril Rogers for making the time in his very busy schedule to join us in person to give a presentation and overview of the 2023 Draft Budget in addition to answering the many questions and comments posed by residents. And a special thanks to City staff and our assistants for all of your support creating the space and materials needed to hold this meeting.
