On Tuesday, November 17th at 6:30 pm, Councillor Kavanagh hosted an information session on the proposed development of 75 Aylen property. The link to the developer’s full presentation is available below.
For your reference: Community Design Package . The presentation includes illustrations showing the suggested design at the back and the sides and the relation to the position of the neighbouring homes.
Following the meeting, the developer agreed to contact the owners of the two neighbouring homes to discuss design changes like the location of the windows on the side of the new homes.
The developers will be applying for minor variances to the Committee of Adjustment at a future date.
