Annual Garage Sale with a TWIST – this year will include used clothing, where the proceeds from the sale of the clothing will be deposited into a fund to benefit Burundian Refugees. As usual the proceeds of the garage sale part of this event will go to General Funds. The organizers of this sale are asking you to collect and put aside items such as: Clothing suitable for summer, spring and fall, professional clothing, children’s clothing, shoes, boots, jewelry, scarves, coat hangers. Usual garage sale items: household and kitchen items, books, toys, games, puzzles, sporting goods, small furniture, decorative items, small appliances, electronics, clean plastic shopping bags and wire coat hangers. We cannot accept CRT monitors or TVs.
Your donations can be dropped off starting Sunday May 5 – Thurs May 9. Flyers are available. We ask you to post and share them throughout the community. For additional info, please contact Helen Hutcheson, Kelvin Stanke or Peter Bain.
