On Pinecrest Road dig and intercept existing Hydro Ottawa road crossing and trench and install a concrete encased duct structure south along Pinecrest Rd. and east along Queensview Dr. Install one pre-cast manhole on Pinecrest Rd. and six pre-cast manholes along Queensview Drive to allow for servicing of LRT Phase 2 Queensview Station and Hydro Ottawa system expansion.
