What: Ecology Ottawa has been working in Britannia, Crystal Beach, and Belltown for the last year to promote green infrastructure adaptation on a city-wide and at-home scale with our free adaptations like splash guards and tree seedlings, holding workshops to help our communities understand what “green infrastructure” means and so much more! We are excited to announce the last workshop in our Green Infrastructure series, where we will launch our “Organizing Communities: Green Infrastructure Projects” guide book and communicate lessons learned, successes, and challenges that we have faced over the last year. Come join us for snacks and beverages, FREE tree seedlings, and let’s spend a Sunday afternoon reflecting on the power of Green Infrastructure together!
When: Sunday, September 15, 3-5:30pm
Where: Foster Farm Community Centre, 1065 Ramsey Crescent (Gymnasium)
