Proposal Details
The subject site is located long the south side of Queensview Drive, north of Highway 417, and east of Pinecrest Road.
The applicant proposes to construct a two-storey recreational and athletic facility to house the Granite Curling Club of West Ottawa. The facility is proposed to have a gross floor area of 1806 square metres and a total of four curling pads. A total of 37 surface level parking spaces are proposed. Two vehicular accesses are proposed to be obtained via Queensview Drive.
