Construction will begin as early as the afternoon of Monday, November 11, 2019, weather permitting. Workers will be on site for almost 2 weeks. Crews will be back in January, when the ground is frozen, to remove the material. The use of heavy trucks over the frozen ground will minimize damage on the park.
The project could be completed as early as Spring 2020, weather permitting. Also, residents are advised NOT to use any park structures when the temperature is below zero as the surface is hard and slippery.
