Meet and chat with our new Community Police Officer Const. Arun Daniels

Join Councillor Kavanagh on Thursday, April 21st to meet our new Community Police Officer Constable Arun Daniels and learn about community associations projects and goals.

Constable Daniels will cover the following topics:
- Explain role of a Community Police Officer
- What the difference is between Neighbourhood Resource Team (NRT) and role of the Community Police Officer
- Will discuss Neighbourhood Watch.
Other issues that will be covered
- Address concerns about speeding, drivers not stopping at stop signs, etc.
- Police patrols of local neighbourhoods.
- People/cars loitering in neighbourhoods (maybe to sell drugs)
- People stealing from or breaking into cars.
The meeting will conclude with representatives of community associations providing a brief update about on their local projects and goals.
