Information Session on 2830 Carling Ave & 810 Vick Ave Development

Join Councillor Theresa Kavanagh, the applicant, and the City’s file lead, Laurel McCreight, for an information session on the development submission for 2830 Carling Ave & 810 Vick Ave.
Applicant’s proposal:
A Site Plan Control application has been submitted that proposes the construction of two multi-unit residential buildings:
- A three-storey, 27-unit stacked townhouse building and 2,350 square metres of gross floor area
- A 3-storey triplex and 294 square metres of gross floor area with 42 parking spaces in an underground garage
