As the weather gets colder and energy bills increase, the United Way Energy Assistance Pilot is working hard to help residents of Ottawa learn about and apply to energy assistance programs (i.e. OESP, HAP, and LEAP). They’re also helping people connect with other community supports like employment services, food supports, Christmas supports, and activities for seniors and youth.
