Pinecrest-Queensview Community Health Centre (PQCHC) System Navigators are here to provide support and help you to accessservices. It can be difficult for people to know what support is available to them. The System Navigation service can help people better understand the health and social service system. They will listen to your concerns and connect you to the resources and programs that will meet your needs. If you need help with food, transportation, health & mental health services, financial support, access to Covid-19 testing or other practical supports, please contact them.
For assistance please dial 613-820-4922 ask to speak to a System Navigator, if prompted press 3 or extension 3040 to leave a message. Services are provided Monday to Friday.
A System Navigator is a care provider that helps individuals and families access needed supports, services, and programs. They are available to anyone living in the Pinecrest-Queensway Community Health Centre (PQCHC) catchment. If you live in Crystal Beach, Lakeview or Crystal Bay, your area is covered by the Nepean-Rideau-Osgoode Community Resource Centre (NROCRC).
