If you got your 1st dose of the Covid Vaccine through the Ottawa Health Team –Equipe Sante Ottawa “Airplane Model” vaccine clinic in your building on Sunday, May 11, 2021 then you are now eligible to receive your 2nd dose of the vaccine.
The Ottawa Health Team (OTH) will be back on Tuesday, July 13, 2021 between 6:00 pm – 9:00 pm and will call you in advance to book an appointment time.
If are you are still looking for your 1st or 2nd dose of the vaccine, you may also access it through any of the 4 options below.
- You can join the OHT at 1065 Ramsay on Tuesday, July 13, 2021 between 6:00 pm – 9:00 pm.
- Please call 613-737-7195 ext. 3535 to make an appointment.
- You can go to a priority neighbourhood pop up clinic.
- You do not need an appointment. Please bring one piece of ID such as:
