CRIME DOES NOT PAY … CRIME STOPPERS DOES
As a not-for-profit organization that does not receive any direct taxpayer support, they rely on business/public support to meet their financial obligations. Their biggest fundraising summer event had to be cancelled due to the pandemic. The uncertainty of the COVID aftermath and/or possibility of a ‘second wave’ preclude scheduling a Fall event.
Crime Stoppers is reaching out to corporate leaders and the business community calling on their power of generosity. Donations are needed to sustain the Crime Stoppers program’s credibility: cash rewards for confidential, anonymous information that helps police solve crimes. They are appreciative and proud of the support received from partners and friends and hopeful they can add your logo to their www.crimestoppers.ca website. They are seeking the financial means required to continue to drive change by offering a community service that contributes to building a safe and secure place to live, work and play.
Please visit crimestoppers.ca/donate/ and make your tax-deductible donation (one time or monthly). Receipts will be issued.
