The Walk-in Counselling Clinic now has one single telephone number which can connect residents to all of the 10 sites in Ottawa and Champlain Region.

The single telephone number is an additional option to accessing to the service in an easier and more convenient way for many people. The option for calling the specific walk-in counselling clinic site still remains valid and available.

There is also a new initiative that allows people to book their own appointments on-line: Counselling Connect. There are 13 agencies involved in providing this service.

They are still not in a position to provide on-site, in-person counselling, but their service is accessible by telephone at all 10 sites. They also provide video-counselling walk-in sessions at the Jewish Family Services of Ottawa on Wednesdays and Sundays and at Nepean, Rideau, Osgoode Community Resource Centre on Thursdays.
