Wishing Everyone a Safe and Happy Long Weekend
This weekend is the first holiday weekend without any restrictions on social gatherings or capacity limits since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic. Many people are making plans to gather with family and friends.
This year, April is a significantly special time for people of the Muslim, Jewish, and Christian faiths, where they will be celebrating Ramadan, Passover, and Easter. What ever your celebration or observance you are respecting this weekend please be mindful of public health protocols when gathering and practice being Social Wise. Spending time with others is so important for our mental health and well-being but it is equally important to understand that we are still in the middle of a significant wave and taking these precautions will help slow the spread of COVID-19 in our community.
We’ve all figured out creative ways over the last two years how we can safely spend time together and with the warmer weather now in our midst we can start taking advantage of gathering outdoors more. No matter what you are celebrating this holiday weekend on behalf of my team and I we wish you a safe and happy weekend ahead!
