The Committee of Adjustment will consider Applications for Minor Variances to permit reduced lot areas, rear yard setbacks and rear yard areas. The existing dwelling will remain on one parcel and it is proposed to construct a two-storey detached dwelling on the northerly parcel (fronting on Iroquois Road).
