2300 Fox Crescent – Applications Granted
APPLICANT’S PROPOSAL AND PURPOSE OF THE APPLICATIONS
[1] The Applicant wants to subdivide the property into three separate parcels of land to create new lots for future residential development. The existing dwelling will be demolished.
[2] In August 2022, the Committee granted provisional consent to applications (File Nos: D08-01-22/B-00212, D08-01-22/B-00213 and D08-01-22/B-00214) to subdivide the property into three lots, subject to the City’s requested conditions.
Because the conditions were not fulfilled within the statutory time period the provisional consent lapsed, and the applications were deemed to be refused.
