An application has been submitted to subdivide the property into two parcels of land to establish separate ownership for each half of the semi-detached dwelling currently under construction.
One parcel will contain one half of the semi-detached dwelling currently under construction and will be known municipally as 2800 St. Stephen’s Street. The second half of the current parcel will contain one half of the semi-detached dwelling currently under construction and will be known municipally as 2798 St. Stephen’s Street.
