APPLICANT’S PROPOSAL AND PURPOSE OF THE APPLICATION:
The Owner wants to construct a four-storey, low-rise apartment building, as shown on the plans filed with the Committee. The existing dwelling and shed would be demolished.
The Owner requires the Committee’s authorization for a minor variance from the Zoning By-law as follows to permit 13 parking spaces (for residents), whereas the By-law requires a minimum of 14 parking spaces.
