- The Committee of Adjustment will consider Applications for Consent to subdivide the property into two separate parcels of land. One parcel will contain the existing detached dwelling and it is proposed to construct a two-storey detached dwelling, with a roof top patio and a Secondary Dwelling Unit, on the other parcel. The existing detached garage is to be demolished.
- The Committee of Adjustment will consider Applications for Minor Variances to permit reduced lot widths and lot areas and to permit stairs to project into the front yard. It is proposed to demolish the detached garage and to construct a two-storey detached dwelling, with a roof top patio and a Secondary Dwelling Unit, on one parcel and the existing detached dwelling will remain on the other parcel.

Please also note that it would be appreciated if comments on applications to be heard on May 19, 2021 could be submitted by May 12, 2021.
